Household Programs
Do you or someone in your household participate in SNAP, Medicaid, SSI, Federal Public Housing Assistance, or Veterans Pension?
Annual Income
Is your household income at or below 135% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines? (Approx. $19,683 for a single person)
Residency
Do you have a permanent US address? Even if you are living in a shelter or temporary housing, you may still qualify.
