You can apply directly with the government first to get approved, then bring that approval to any participating carrier.

1. Prepare

Have your ID and proof of income (pay stub or tax return) ready.

2. Submit

Complete the form online. It typically takes 20-30 minutes.

3. Wait

Approval is often immediate, but can take a few days if manual review is needed.

4. Receive

Your free phone or SIM card will arrive by mail.
